ROFA GmbH takes over conveyor technology division of insolvent Moll group (06/11)

By July 01, 2011 ROFA GmbH takes over the conveyor technology division of the insolvent Moll group. The new corporation will be integrated as Moll Automatisierung GmbH within the ROFA group and is a 100% subsidiary company of ROFA GmbH. Managing Director will be Josef Moll and the company will further be based in Leiblfing.
