PPC for Unicef in Copenhagen, Denmark (03/11)

ROFA has won a contract of SSI Schäfer Noell to deliver a PPC for the pre-zone of the high-bay warehouse of Unicef's distribution centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. The system will be designed as a 600 mm narrow gauge PPC for the transport of inhouse pallets on a length of approx. 450 m. The scope includes also 49 PPC-vehicles, 3 turnable switches and a maintenance line.

EMS for Continental (04/11)

ROFA was contracted by LTW Intralogistics GmbH to deliver and install an EMS KB180 for the tire plant of Continental in Puchov / Slovakia.

The EMS serves as conveying system for steel pallets (1,300 x 1,300 mm) and is designed for a payload of 1,600 kg. The scope includes 300 m track system with bends and an incline of 2°, guidance tracks at the transfer stations, as well as a maintenance area. Additionally 3 vehicles with chain conveyors will be delivered.

Body shop conveyors for FORD Craiova / Rumania (04/11)

ROFA will deliver various floor conveyors and EMS KB180 for the body shop of FORD Craiova / Rumania. The scope of the project includes:

1. Four EMS for front structure, UB complete track, UB complete and bodyside:

- total length: 2,000 m
- switches: 16 piece
- lifting units: 7 piece
- scissors lifting units: 2 piece
- others: 4 setting gauges, 1 maintenance area, 1 drag chain conveyor,
- 1 movable maintenance platform

2. floor conveyors:

- cross chain conveyors: 62 piece
- maintenance lifting tables: 10 piece
- scissors lifting tables: 1 piece
- roller lifting tables: 23 piece
-roller conveyors: 45 piece
- turn tables / swing tables: 5 piece
- lifting units with roller conveyors: 5 piece
